The ZDL BuildingLink 101X7 LAN/WiFi IP Based Building Intercom System is a professional multi-tenant video intercom and access control system designed for apartment buildings, condominiums, office buildings, mixed-use facilities, and gated communities.

This system includes a ZDL-10 10-inch Touch Screen Entry Door Access Control Panel with HD camera and a ZDL-IPWX7Pro Smart Touch Screen Indoor Monitor installed inside each apartment or office unit. Visitors can easily call specific apartments from the entry panel, and residents can view visitors, communicate, and unlock doors directly from their indoor monitor or smartphone.

The ZDL-10 entry door station supports multiple secure access methods including: Face Recognition Access | Door Access Code | 13.56MHz Smart Card Access | Smartphone Access

One of the major advantages of this system is that NO Internet is required for the intercom system to operate. All communication between the entry panel and apartment monitors works over the local LAN network. Internet is only required for smartphone app communication and remote unlocking.

When a visitor calls an apartment, the ZDL-IPWX7Pro indoor monitor displays crystal clear live video and allows two-way communication. Residents can unlock the door directly from the monitor or remotely using their smartphone.

The system is highly expandable and supports multiple apartments, multiple entry doors, external CCTV cameras, and auxiliary card readers, making it ideal for both small and large buildings.

The system also supports Smart Life App integration, cloud recording, motion recording, scheduled access control, and external CCTV camera integration for a complete building security and communication solution.
