The ZDL-350E 2 Way Communication Ticket Window Intercom is a service window intercom kit that enhances customer interactions, designed for full duplex hands-free communication. The system includes a compact master station for operators, featuring a 3-watt built-in speaker, high-gain low-noise microphone, 15-inch gooseneck mic, and built-in volume controls for both master and customer sides.

The customer-side sub-station is space-saving at just 2.5 inches, with an integrated speaker and microphone for clear communication. Setup is quick and easy—simply connect the 6-foot audio jack cable from the sub-station to the master station, no complex installation required. The master station provides power and audio to the sub-station, and includes an auxiliary voice recording output for integration with audio recorders.
