Unauthorized Or Ineligible Returns
If merchandise is received but is unauthorized or ineligible for return, UNIKCCTV may notify the customer and request instructions.
The customer will be responsible for:
- Return shipping;
- Handling;
- Reshipment; and
- Applicable storage charges where permitted.
If the customer fails to provide instructions or arrange retrieval after reasonable notice, the merchandise may be treated as unclaimed property in accordance with applicable law.
UNIKCCTV will not dispose of customer property in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.
