8. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Products

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise authorized or required by law, the following are generally non-returnable:

• Installed equipment;
• Programmed equipment;
• Activated equipment;
• Customer-specific configured equipment;
• Customized or altered equipment;
• Cut, drilled, painted, engraved, fabricated, or modified products;
• Special-order products;
• Custom-configured systems;
• Products clearly designated Final Sale;
• Clearance or closeout merchandise designated Final Sale;
• Materially incomplete returns;
• Severely customer-damaged equipment;
• Equipment with materially altered or missing serial numbers;
• Cut-to-length cable or wire;
• Used installation materials;
• Activated licenses;
• Activated subscriptions;
• Digital credentials; and
• Certain security-sensitive products.

Non-returnable does not automatically mean non-warrantable. Installed, programmed, special-order, or otherwise non-returnable merchandise may still qualify for warranty remedies if a verified covered defect exists.
