4. Return Condition

Accepted Merchandise Condition Must Be In substantially complete and in reasonably resalable condition.

Returned merchandise should be substantially complete and in reasonably resalable condition unless the return involves a verified covered defect or UNIKCCTV fulfillment error.

Where applicable, returns should include:

• Equipment;
• Power supplies;
• Cables;
• Connectors;
• Antennas;
• Mounting hardware;
• Keys;
• Cards;
• Remotes;
• Manuals;
• Accessories; and
• Original packaging where reasonably available.
