Order Cancellation Policy & Steps
Order Types
- Standard Orders: Can be canceled within a few hours of order confirmation. If the order has already shipped, a restocking fee may apply.
- Special Orders: Customized items made exclusively for you cannot be canceled.
How to Cancel an Eligible Order
- Log In to Your Account
Visit our website and sign in to your customer account. - Go to Your Orders
Navigate to the “Orders” section and select the order you want to cancel. - Request Cancellation
- Choose “Request Refund for This Item” to cancel a specific item, or
- Choose “Request Refund for This Order” to cancel the entire order.
- Submit Your Request
Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request. Our team will review it and notify you via email once approved.
