How do I cancel an order?

Order Cancellation Policy & Steps

Order Types

  • Standard Orders: Can be canceled within a few hours of order confirmation. If the order has already shipped, a restocking fee may apply.
  • Special Orders: Customized items made exclusively for you cannot be canceled.
  • How to Cancel an Eligible Order

    1. Log In to Your Account
      Visit our website and sign in to your customer account.
    2. Go to Your Orders
      Navigate to the “Orders” section and select the order you want to cancel.
    3. Request Cancellation
      • Choose “Request Refund for This Item” to cancel a specific item, or
      • Choose “Request Refund for This Order” to cancel the entire order.
    4. Submit Your Request
      Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request. Our team will review it and notify you via email once approved.
