The ZDL Two Wire Intercom Line 2W-IS21 Audio Intercom Interior Station is a wall mountable handset style audio intercom designed to work in conjunction with ZDL Two Wire Intercom System Door Stations. This interior station connects to the intercom system using only two wires, providing both power and communication, making installation simple and ideal for apartment buildings, homes, offices, and multi-tenant intercom systems.

Designed to operate similarly to a traditional landline telephone, the unit consists of a handset and cradle that can be wall mounted or placed on a tabletop. When a visitor presses the call button at the entry door station, the interior station rings. The user simply lifts the handset to speak with the visitor and presses the “Key” unlock button to release the connected door lock.

The system supports long distance wiring up to 2000 meters, and can use 18AWG cable, Cat5e, or Cat6 cable, making it suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects.
