The CPE120 2.4G 1KM PTP PTMP Wireless Bridge is a networking device designed for Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) wireless communication over a distance of up to 1 kilometer (1KM) using the 2.4GHz frequency band. Support most third-party 2.4GHz routers and modems in the market.

Supports the connection of multiple devices or sites to a single base station, facilitating network expansion.

This wireless bridge is ideal for scenarios requiring high-speed, reliable, and secure communication over moderate to long distances. Establish reliable, high-speed network connections over distances where traditional cabling is impractical or cost-prohibitive.

How it works

1. 1. Point To Point [One To One] Operating Mode: The first radio connects the router located in the base station (also called Access Point or AP) and installed at a high point (like rooftop or a tower).
   2. Point-to-Multipoint [One-to-Many] Operating Mode: The first radio regarded as the central base station (also called Access Point or AP) is installed at a high point (like a tower or rooftop). Multiple radios (clients) are installed at various remote locations.
   3. The second radio [Point to Point or Point to Multi Point] installs at remote location and aligned to face the base station radio with a clear Line of Sight (LoS).
   4. They communicate over a dedicated wireless frequency (2.4GHz license free). The base station uses sector antennas to communicate with several clients simultaneously.
   5. Data from one network travels through the wireless link to the other, functioning as if they were physically connected via Ethernet.
