With true full-duplex hands-free technology, both parties can talk and listen at the same time, ensuring natural conversation flow without push-to-talk buttons or interruptions. The operator master station is engineered with a 3-watt built-in speaker, a high-gain low-noise microphone, and an 18-inch gooseneck microphone that provides excellent positioning flexibility and clear voice pickup. The customer sub-station features a compact 2.5-inch hands-free speaker with integrated microphone, designed for clarity and minimal counter space usage.

For complete control, the master station includes independent volume adjustments for both the master and customer microphones and speakers, allowing optimal sound balance in noisy or quiet environments. The master station supplies both power and audio to the customer side, eliminating the need for separate wiring or additional power sources.
