Order Cancellation Terms and Conditions
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or services have not been rendered.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

- Locate your order: Navigate to the “Orders” or “Order History” section.
- Select the order: Find the specific order you want to cancel and click on it to view details.
- Cancel the order: Look for an option like “Cancel Order” and follow the prompts. Some platforms may only allow cancellations if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Phone Cancellation
1. Manual Cancellation Process
- To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service at +1 708.841.8300 or submit a ticket manually at UnikCCTV.Org/My-Account/Support-Ticket.
- Include the order number and reason for cancellation in the request.
2. Fees and Penalties
- Orders canceled within the eligible timeframe may incur specify fees or penalties, if applicable, e.g., a handling fee.
- If the order has been shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return, and return policies will apply
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Exceptions
- Non-cancellable items include but are not limited to:
- Digital products once downloaded or accessed.
- Perishable goods.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Orders cannot be canceled after 30-days of shipment delivery.
