Our 30-day money back term gives domestic customers up to 14-days from delivery day to request return authorization, and 14-days to send item back. International has up to 45 days to send items back for refund respectively.

No physical damage, modifications, or signs of installation
No structural scratches, dents, cracks, blemishes, or cosmetic wear
Restocking Fees
Returns that do not meet the above condition requirements may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 33%, based on the condition of the returned item. This includes, but is not limited to:
Missing parts or accessories
Damaged or non-original packaging
Structural scratches, cosmetic blemishes, dents, or markings
Evidence of installation, mounting, wiring, or field use
The exact restocking fee will be determined after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Installed, programmed, customized, or altered equipment
Items returned incomplete or severely damaged
Clearance, special-order, or custom-configured products
Products returned without return authorization
Shipping & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable
Equipment damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may be refused or incur additional fees
