  • How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

    If you are not completely satisfied with a product upon receipt, we will exchange or credit your purchase. However, a returned merchandise authorization (“RMA”) is required before sending a product.

    And to request an RMA, you must login to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a request.

  • How Do I Find Out Information About Out Of Stock & Back-ordered Item Availability Time-line?

    We aim to always have the items you need when you need it. If for whatever reason an item is listed as out of stock, please double-check the availability listing to be sure we haven’t already provided an estimated restocking date.   • Does Unikcctv.com Accept International Orders?

    We ship around the globe. To obtain accurate shipping quote to your shipping destination, you must submit a valid shipping address along with Zip or Postal Code depending on your location.

    Real-time shipping quote will be provided based on your Cart Content weight along with your preferred delivery speed. Though your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees [including customs clearance] charged by the destination country. Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information.

  • How Soon Will I Receive My Order If Submitted Today?

    In most cases, domestic orders placed before 3PM CST (Central Standard Time) Monday-Thursday will ship that same day. On Fridays, orders must be placed before 2PM CST to ship same day.

    Others received after 2PM CST will be considered next day.
